What was decided According to gay.ch (30 October 2026), Zurich District Court has convicted six members of a far-right group, five Swiss nationals and one German. The case concerned the disruption of a service held as part of Zurich Pride in 2022 and of a Drag Story Time at Tanzhaus Zürich in October 2022, with numerous children present. The two leaders received a one-year suspended prison sentence plus unconditional fines; fines from an earlier penalty order stand. Four other people, three men and one woman, received suspended fines.
Charges and demands The charges, per gay.ch, included riot, trespass, damage to property, discrimination, coercion and incitement to hatred. The prosecution had asked for 15 months, partly suspended, with six months to be served; the court stayed below that and imposed no unsuspended prison term. The defence had demanded acquittals.
What happens next According to gay.ch the verdict is not final; the convicted can appeal. Until then the presumption of innocence applies.
