The Swiss LGBTI-Label is a Swiss certification that recognises organisations which actively promote inclusive working conditions for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans* and intersex people. The label is documented and supported by Display Magazin, Switzerland's leading magazine for the queer community, lifestyle and culture.
In 2026, 20 organisations received certification. The breadth of certified employers shows that inclusion in the workplace is increasingly treated in Switzerland as a strategic issue — not merely a PR exercise. An LGBTI certification comes with ongoing obligations: policies, training, visible contact points and a climate in which being out carries no risk.
For queer people working or looking for work in Switzerland, certified employers can provide useful orientation.
