Stockholm's main designated nude beach, set in a nature reserve south of the city, offering calmer, more established naturist bathing away from the central rocks.

Ågesta lies on the southern shore of Lake Magelungen in Huddinge municipality, south of the city centre.

What it is
The sandy beach with bathing pier and floating platform is complemented by a boules court, volleyball net, grill area and a sauna wagon. On the large lawn gay visitors traditionally gather to the left side (facing the water), making Ågesta a popular spot within the queer community.
History
Ågesta is Stockholm's only official naturist beach, run by the city together with the Eos naturist association. The bathing season runs from May to September.
